Beauty Tips
It is your special moment– you walk down the aisle, and all eyes will be on you. Your picture will be looked at for years to come- be sure you feel good about how you look! Tips: Is there a favorite hairstyle you have been waiting to try out? Do you want a change?
Take a chance and try something new, BUT do it early on and do NOT cut your hair so different that it could not grow back in time for the wedding (unless you are absolutely SURE you will like the change, and even then, be 100% sure!
I cannot stress how important this is. Many brides share stories about changing their hair for something different, only to regret it and hate their wedding day photos.
Many brides do their own hair on the wedding day.
I know, what you see in the movies is the bride going to a salon with her bridesmaids.
That is great, and pampering on the big day is a great idea (how about a massage?). If you regularly go to the salon, have your hair done that day.
But, think about who does your hair when you want to look great for a special evening or special event. If your answer is typically you, then consider doing your own hair.
You know what you like the best, and many brides come home from the salon only to re-do their hair (and cry in the process).
If you do want to use a salon, then go for a “practice” session. Know your hair stylist, and be sure you like what you see.
Take input from your bridesmaids on what looks great, but ultimately, be sure you are happy with your choices.
I cannot say this enough- are you detecting a theme? YOU must be happy with the final result, it is your wedding.
